♦ That, I agree to adhere to the Banking & Insurance Company’s compliance in all the manner, Incase any breach of banking or Insurance Company’s compliance comes into the notice, committed by the consultant, in that case his/her business id will be terminated without any notice with no payout and all the losses or expenses will be recovered from the consultant through all the legitimate way. within the decided stipulated time and the above said paid amount is not refundable in anycase.

♦ hat the Loan N Insurance will not be responsible for any wrong information or wrong data/misconduct found on the part of the consultant/me while executing services by me.

♦ That the I am agreed to resolve all disputes if any arises between me and the Loans N Insurance.com through an Arbitrator at Delhi as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996
